Part of Independent Venues Week, right on our doorstep at the heart of Huddersfield’s live music scene, The Parish.
We’re excited to announce Marsicans as this year’s headliners with support from AndrewCushinmusic and Battle of the Bands winners Just Suppose!
Marsicans – With their driving, harmony-laden sound, a steady stream of engaging singles and hard-hitting live shows, Marsicans are earning themselves a reputation as rising stars on the British music scene.
The Leeds band has had a whirlwind 18 months with sold-out tour dates up and down the UK, headlining the Reading and Leeds 2019 BBC Introducing Stage, generating over 11 million Spotify streams, while supporting artists such as Foals, Kaiser Chiefs, We are Scientists and Fickle Friends.

Just Suppose – are an alternative rock band building their way into the music scene. They’re the winners of Battle of the Bands 2019 – as voted for by you and we’re really excited to see what they do next.
Andrew Cushin – Newcastle newcomer Andrew Cushin is quickly making a name for himself within the music industry. Andrew has recently landed a life changing record deal with Virgin after he was picked up by Oasis star Noel Gallagher.
Andrew supported last year’s HudLive headliner Band Bang Romeo on tour, has a sold out gig at the Cluny in Newcastle and will be supporting the K’s in March 2020.
“He’s deffo got something. Great natural voice. He can play the guitar too,” Noel Gallagher
